A Traditional Mexican Dish
Hey All,
Today was my wife's birthday and we had a party last night at our house with many friends. I wanted to share with you a little bit about the Mexican delicacy we had. It was a dish called Pozole which is pronounced "po sol a". It's a wonderful dish that I have come to love. It is a pork based soup with large kernals of corn and red chiles. It is topped off with lettuce, onions, dry oregano, and radishes. There are a different variations and for us it is a common dish we have for birthdays and holiday parties. The next time you are here in Cabo make sure to try this authentic dish in the restaurants. Not all restaurants serve it but if you happen to come across one make sure to try it and let me know what you think.
One interesting thing is that you use the Pig's Head to make the Pozole and that was a very interesting sight to be seen
Check it out here:
