How do we achieve these?

We consider qualified small business suppliers, which allows them to give the best prices in town. Most of the time these suppliers are not bilingual and that is where we step in, we are the ones to make the connection between client-supplier making sure the project idea is understood. Our team is in charge of translating quotes, presenting updates and communicating any changes or ideas during the process and until the project has been successfully delivered on time taking into consideration the most important factor which is quality control. We follow up on guarantees provided to our clients until the final product has reached the promised and desired quality.

In terms of redesigning spaces and home decor we also count with the service of a specialized team of interior designers and architects that we integrate to the projects when needed to help us make your dream come true.

What is our Value?

Based on our services our company will charge a fee of 15% of the total supplier quote. For small projects under $200 USD there will be a charge of 40 USD per hour plus 16 % IVA tax. This fee will cover the management of your house project from the beginning until it is successfully delivered.

How do we manage the payments?

Please note that the suppliers require a 60 % down payment in order to start with the project and our company will require a 50 % project fee payment up front and 50% final payment once the project has been delivered and the client is happy with the result.

Ronival Property Management Clients:

The project manager works by the hand with your accounting representative, therefore, once the project is approved such payments will be charged to your Mexican bank account and these expenses will be reflected in your monthly accounting balance.

External Clients are welcome:

Clients that require our service and are not signed in to Ronival’s Property Management Program will be provided with the following payments information:

  • Suppliers wire information.
  • Ronival wire information.

Please note that the supplier’s require a 60 % down payment in order to start with the project and in this case our company will require a 50 % project fee payment on front and 50% final payment once the project has been delivered.

Once the project has been approved by our valued client, a contract will be presented.
