With the growth explosion that Los Cabos has experienced in the past 10 years there has been an increasing demand for large parcels of land for development. Along with this growth there has been a trend of investors moving north up both sides of the Baja Peninsula whether it is the Sea of Cortez or the Pacific Ocean sides.
